1. Start with every language in your home
Many South Asian homes watch in more than one language: Hindi and Punjabi, Tamil and Sinhala, Urdu and Pashto, or English for the kids. List them all before you compare. Infinity TV covers 16, from Hindi and Tamil to Nepali and Bangla.
2. Work out the real cost over 3 years
Look past the first price. Add the box, the first service period and every renewal. With Infinity TV that’s $380 AUD for the box plus 24 months, then $180 for 12 months: $560 over 3 years.
3. Check who answers when something goes wrong
Ask how support works, the hours, and whether a real person replies. Infinity TV support is WhatsApp text only on 0488 487 980, 9am–11:30pm.
4. Make sure the elders can use it
A simple remote, a clear menu and no passwords matter more than a long feature list if grandparents will watch on their own.
5. Check your internet
Ask what speed the provider recommends and test it in the evening. For Infinity TV we recommend a minimum of 30–50 Mbps.
6. Ask for a demo
Seeing the menu on a real TV tells you more than any brochure. Infinity TV offers a free demo arranged by our sales team.
