Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure is not a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced within a reasonable time. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Faulty products

2. We'll try simple fixes with you first (see troubleshooting tips).
3. If the product is faulty, we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law, and our 12-month hardware warranty.

Change of mind

As our policy, you can return an unused box within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. The box must be unused, in its original packaging and with all items (box, one remote, power adapter and HDMI cable). Return postage is at the buyer's cost. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Subscriptions and renewals

Service subscriptions and renewals are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law (for example, under the Australian Consumer Law).

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid back using the original payment method where possible, usually within 10 business days of approval.
