Where we ship

We ship to addresses in Australia and New Zealand. You can also buy from our partner stores.

When we dispatch

Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed on WhatsApp. We usually dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times

• Australian metro areas: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Regional Australia: usually 3–8 business days after dispatch.
• New Zealand: usually 5–10 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates only. Delivery times depend on the carrier and can be longer at busy times, such as around festivals and holidays.

Tracking

We provide a tracking number once your order is dispatched, so you can follow your delivery.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out. See our refund policy.
