These terms apply when you buy from or use the services of Infinity TV Australia. By placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Ordering

• Orders are placed via WhatsApp on +1 310 388 3411, including through the Buy now buttons in our Shop.
• An order is accepted once we confirm it with you on WhatsApp and your payment is confirmed.
• Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Customers in New Zealand pay the same AUD prices.

Products and prices

• Infinity TV set-top box + 24 months of service: AUD $380 (includes the box, one remote, a power adapter and an HDMI cable).
• 12-month renewal: AUD $180.
• Replacement remote: AUD $30. Replacement power adapter: AUD $30.

We may change prices from time to time. The price confirmed with you when you order is the price you pay.

The service

• Service periods start when your box is activated.
• Channels, shows and features can change from time to time, and availability can vary.
• Picture and performance depend on your internet connection. We recommend a minimum of 30–50 Mbps (see internet speed).

Fair use

The service is for personal, household viewing on your Infinity TV box. Please don't resell, rebroadcast, share or tamper with the service or the box. We may suspend the service if it is misused.

Warranty

Hardware (the box, remote and power adapter) comes with a 12-month warranty against faults from the date of delivery. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, liquids or unauthorised repairs. See our refund policy for how to make a claim.

Limits

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for interruptions caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as internet outages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to new orders.
